Description:

Coordinate support preparation logistics for the presentation of training programs (registration, email updates, rosters, certificate preparation, and facility coordination). This position will interact on a consistent basis with: training management, staff, and participants. This position typically will advise and counsel: training management, staff, and participants This position will supervise: NA

  • Percentage of onsite vs. Remote work: 100% remote (for now) The candidate will need to be in Atlanta to attend meetings at office, or to assist with in-person activities as we begin to phase back into the classrooms later this year.


Duties/Responsibilities:

Coordinate classroom logistics (training resources, room setup, and closeout)
Coordinate the formulation of course rosters and preparation of notifications
Coordinate course certificate preparation and distribution
Maintain training databases
Participate in marketing and promotion of training programs/sessions

Required Qualifications:

Technical Diploma, Associate' s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Two to three years of job-related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of training program administration and related activities;
Organization, customer service, planning, and database maintenance.
Use of office and specialized computer applications
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with scheduling and managing calendars

Preferred Educational Qualifications:

Technical Diploma, Associate' s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

This job requires working knowledge and skill in adult instructional design, delivery, and follow-up assessment, especially as related to effective performance management, career and leadership development, and diversity management. This includes skills in training facilitation and presentation, project management, spoken and written communications, and presentation/public speaking. Use of office and specialized computer applications is required.

Note:

This person will need to be able to support classroom logistics when we begin to hold classroom activities again. This person will need to be located in the Atlanta metro area.
