We are seeking a friendly and skilled Technical Support Representative to support our vast real estate member base. The tech support rep must be able to provide support via phone, and email, while logging the call in our call tracking system. Excellent customer service skills are a must. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to real estate agents, brokers, and to the real estate industry by assisting them in using our website and other web based products. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, willing to take ownership of the issue, comfortable with diagnosing, troubleshooting and determining a solution to resolve the issue. Customer satisfaction is priority.
Frontline inbound phone support to members using website and other web based products.
Prepare and log calls in call tracking system for management reports by detailing the issue of the call as well as the steps for the resolution.
Exceptional customer service skills and excellent communication skills to provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company.
Great written communication skills needed to prepare accurate and clear call logs, as well as reporting of system issues.
Check voicemails, return calls, and audit photos for Compliance.
Skills and Qualifications:
Must have customer service experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Superior client-facing customer service skills.
Inbound helpdesk or call center experience is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
