This position reports to the Enrollment Management Lead Counselor, performs specialized duties in support of the college' s Enrollment Management processes and is charge with assembling the success record for access by the Student Affairs Counselor.
Initial Point of Contact for requests for assistance from students, parents, faculty, staff and the general public.
Facilitate requests for assistance through contact made via: in-person, phone, email and electronic communications.
Place out-bound calls to potential and returning students.
Monitor and maintain Ask A...Email system.
Facilitate real-time communication effort via on-line chat mechanism.
Evaluate high school transcripts.
Process applicant documents.
Process admissions and records forms.
Scan and index documentation.
Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge and level of competency commonly associated with the completion of a high school diploma.
Sufficient customer services experience to understand the basic principles relevant to the major duties of the position.
Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid driver' s license issued by the State of Georgia for the type of vehicle or equipment operated.
