Pay Rate: $14-$17 Per Hour (depends on experience)

General Support Customer Service Representative 1
Under direct supervision, works and communicates with the general public, internal customers and/or external customers to provide information and services targeted to meet customer expectations.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively and respectfully to establish and maintain a strong working relationship with customers.
Field incoming calls for customer service this includes tracking orders, new orders, invoice questions, quality concerns, delivery schedule, product usage, MSDS sheets, product availability, product options, quoting prices and terms.
Process Field Sales orders and requests in a timely and accurate fashion
Answer Field Sales member s questions to include tracking orders, return authorizations, credits, pricing and general questions
Maintains accurate information for orders entered into system.
Maintain customer files and updates shipping information to assure accurate delivery and invoicing.
Maintain reports and submit updates as needed.
Work closely with plants, transportation and field service to assure the customers concerns are addressed and products delivered on time
High school diploma or GED AND Six months of experience handling customer' s questions, complaints and/or providing information.
Two years experience handling customer calls in a retail or commercial sales setting.
