Athletics Compliance Assistant


Job Description:

  • Coordinate pre-certification process to evaluate initial eligibility, amateurism, and admission status for prospective student athletes
  • Execute recruiting monitoring systems
  • Collect and reconcile playing & practice season, countable athletically related activity, and time management plan information
  • Rule education presentations and create rule education materials
  • Assist with game day activities (e.G. Complimentary tickets)
  • Perform data entry in compliance software for recruiting, eligibility, and financial aid
  • Publish compliance related newsletters and other educational materials
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Bachelor' s degree in related field
  • Strong work ethic
  • Detail oriented
  • Adept communication skills
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Ability to work onsite
  • Customer Service skills
  • Adept Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends


Preferred Requirements:

  • Knowledge of compliance related software (ex: Compliance Assistant, Front Rush, and etc.)
