The following requirements are mandatory:
Working knowledge of our operation system Black Knight (formerly known as LPS or MSP) must understand and work the Escrow related screen
Previous experience in analyzing loans, explaining how escrow affects monthly payments, escrow shortage, escrow overage.
Previous experience with Mortgage Insurance Premium for F.H.A. (MIP), and Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) for Conventional loans.
Must be able to review and determine for early cancellation requests.
Perform monthly analyzation of loan portfolio for the determination of annual monthly payments.
Must be familiar with analyzing loans in Black Knight.
Send out overage checks to borrowers when applicable
Handle all phone calls from borrowers requiring explanation of payment increases.
Ability to suggest shortage spreads up to 36 months
Request Mass analysis through Black Knight system? Understand and initiate requests for cancellations of PMI on Conventional loans and MIP on F.H.A. Loans.
