Job Description:
The Call Center Rep will be responsible for complying with standard operating procedures while working in a high-volume contact center answering calls, responding to emails, and utilizing contact center technology and other tools to service the department' s customers.
Job Duties:
Responding to customer requests
Utilizing call scripts to ensure customers receive accurate and consistent information and processes are utilized
Working with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and system to manage tasks such as creating, reviewing, and updating customer contact interactions
Requirements:
Applicants must possess a high school diploma/GED AND six months of experience handling customer questions, complaints, and/or providing information
1 year of call center experience
Proficiency with software applications to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
