Major Duties:

  • Answers telephone and greets visitors; provides information and assistance; takes messages and schedules appointments; refers to appropriate personnel
  • Composes and prepares correspondence, reports and other documents
  • Manager' s calendars; schedules appointments; makes travel arrangements
  • Develops and maintains database and spreadsheet files
  • Coordinates and provides support for a variety off assigned projects
  • Prepares a variety of regular and special reports
  • Codes invoices for proper payment
  • Prepares payment requests and employee reimbursement request
  • Manages vendor orders; maintain relationships; resolve vendor problems
  • Maintains office supply inventory; makes purchase as needed; coordinates the acquisition

Education and Experience Required:

  • Associate' s degree required
  • A minimum of three years of experience performing comparable work in an office environment required
  • Must possess a valid Georgia Driver' s License

  • Knowledge of computers and job-related software
