Job Duties:
  • Organize, maintain, and file Accounts Payable and Travel documents
  • Assist in the coding and processing of Accounts Payable vouchers
  • Assist with departmental mail distribution and document distribution with Accounts Payable
  • Assist in processing of matching, check distribution and filing.


Requirements:

  • Customer Service skills
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Computer keyboard skills
